Valve Maintenance (NZ) 2017 Ltd (VMNZ) was established in New Plymouth in 2013 and has since expanded operations into Taupo. We provide professional, complete valve repair services, from removals, inspections, diagnostics, to repairs, overhauls, certifications, and installations.
We service a broad range of clients throughout New Zealand, including power generation (hydro, geothermal, and oil & gas), timber, pulp & paper, and dairy.
VMNZ are IANZ accredited to test and certify safety relief valves, and hydrostatic test all types of industrial valves. Testing can be carried out at either of our workshops or we can offer mobile testing options that allow us to carry out testing on the client's site.
We specialise in the testing, repairs, and certification of safety relief valves; however, we also provide diagnostics, testing, repairs, and certification of various types of Control and Manual Valves.
Our dedicated team has over 60 years' of extensive valve servicing experience and provide a reliable, efficient, and high-quality valve inspection and overhaul service.
